Frank Slevin

Executive Chairman

Frank is Executive Chairman of House of Fraser, a premium department store group with locations across the UK, Ireland and, most recently, in China.  House of Fraser is a member of the Sanpower Group, a Nanjing based conglomerate.  The House of Fraser Group had sales in 2015/16 of some £1.5bn and employs over 6,800 full time staff across the UK.

Frank is also Chairman of Hamleys of London, one of the world’s most recognized toy retailers, and Chairman of Brookstone, a US retailer of lifestyle products.  Frank has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, project finance and capital markets in Europe, Asia and the Americas.  Prior to joining the Sanpower Group, Frank was Head of Global Banking for the Americas at HSBC before which he held the same position for the Asia Pacific, where he was based for over 16 years.  Prior to HSBC, Frank was COO for Citigroup Global Banking in the Asian Region.

Frank has an MSc from Imperial College, London in Exploration Geophysics and a BSc in Physics from Manchester University.  He sits on the boards of a number of non-profit organisations and is Chairman of the Royal Society for Asian Affairs.
