Matt is an internationally renowned author, speaker and consultant on customer experience. His first book, The Ten Principles Behind Great Customer Experiences, won several awards including the CMI's Management Book of the Year and is considered by many to be the definitive book on the subject. He combines penetrating insight with a practical, design led approach that gets real, impactful results.
Matt has been cited and interviewed by the world's leading research firms and as a speaker has addressed industry leaders worldwide. He is working on a second book to be published by Random House in August 2017 and will address nine ingenious perspectives to think through any business or market opportunity providing a strategic toolkit for corporates and entrepreneurs alike.
