Dr Sionade Robinson is Associate Dean of MBA Programmes at Cass Business School. Sionade is an expert in customer experience management; teaching on the core FTMBA programme and electives in Relationship Marketing and Management, Strategic Marketing, Customer Service and Relationship Marketing elective for the specialist Masters programmes and several Executive Education courses.
Prior to joining Cass, Sionade worked for many years as a management consultant, launching her career with Boston based The Forum Corporation before moving to operational improvement consultancy, Celerant. She went on to found her own firm, Cape Consulting Ltd, which advised blue chip companies on implementing strategies of service excellence, loyalty and CRM. Clients of Cape Consulting included Barclays, BBC, Citroen, HP, Virgin Atlantic, Aviva, SAGA, the RAC and from the legal sector Allen and Overy, and CMS. Sionade is author of Customer Loyalty: A Guide for Time Travellers, Palgrave McMillan 2005.
