Julie Chappell is Chief Digital Officer of London & Partners, the Mayor of London's international promotional agency. Julie and her talented team manage and all associated promotional activity. Julie is a highly experienced director and her specialisms are launching and growing digital products and platforms, content marketing, brand and event partnerships, building large consumer audiences and commercialisation of assets.

Julie was instrumental in shaping non sporting visitor comms during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and was editor in chief of the non accredited media centre. She also founded the top level domain for London - .london

More recently, Julie forged a partnership with Studio Canal and NPCC to devise and deliver the hugely successful Paddington Trail to celebrate the movie (£1m raised for the charity) and with EOne and Save the Children on The BFG Dream Jar Trail. Recent Event partnerships include Lumiere London, Great Fire 350 and more large scale event partnerships are planned for 2017. Commercial partners have supported many of the visitor and brand focussed projects including MasterCard, Shaftesbury Plc, Unilever and Barclays to name a few.

Julie is a member of the London Music Board, is a director of London & Partners Ventures and is a non exec director of Dot London Domains. She also has a background in entertainment publishing, brand licensing and the music industry.
