Natalie Reynolds is the Founder and CEO of leading negotiation training firm advantageSPRING. Working out of London, Hong Kong and New York, Natalie leads a diverse team of business experts who advise and train leading corporates around the world providing both improved commercials and confidence. Natalie has been described as ‘a leading expert in negotiation’ in Forbes magazine and her book ‘We have a Deal: How to negotiate with Intelligence, Flexibility and Power’ has been a bestseller globally and was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year 2017.

An in-demand speaker appearing at conferences and events globally, Natalie was appointed as an Honorary Visiting Professor at Cass Business School in recognition of her ground breaking work on negotiation, influence and collaboration. Natalie has been regularly interviewed in the press and on TV on a wide range of matters including negotiation, diversity, commercial performance and influencing. She is also Advisor to governments and institutions globally including the United Nations, the Clinton Foundation, UK Government, US Government, European Investment Bank, Wall Street Womens Alliance and Womens Foundation of Hong Kong. Natalie is currently writing her second book ‘Collaborative Competitiveness’ which will be published in 2018.
