Digital Strategy and Experience Manager
Natasha Khatib is a Digital Strategy and Experience Manager within Accenture Interactive. She has seven years of experience in strategy, innovation and customer experience. Natasha’s background is in Economics and ensures a balance between strategy, design and delivery to help clients embrace innovation and take user centric products and services to market.
She is currently the Experience Project Lead for the BP Digital Accelerator programme, which is an innovation and service design capability that shapes, designs and tests customer facing offers to take to market. She was also part of the digital strategy team responsible for employee experience across Apple retail and was the Innovation Lead for a global healthcare company's first Innovation Unit.
