Peter Jackson

Peter Jackson is Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions and Ventures, at the multi Academy Award-winning creative studio Framestore. Peter’s role involves strengthening and supporting Framestore’s future through mergers and acquisitions and evaluates the company’s strategic initiatives, working closely with the creative studio’s CEO, Sir William Sargent, and CFO, Mel Sullivan.

Peter began his career at EMI Records working in music for Film and TV. In 2005 he went on to found Warner's Production Music business in Europe, opening offices in London, Paris, Germany and Stockholm.

He joined Framestore in 2016, with a remit to research options for establishing an office in Asia. This led to a partnership with Pune-based VFX house Anibrain, following which Peter oversaw the challenging yet critical first phase of integration, establishing the infrastructure, processes and relationships necessary to deliver the highest calibre work and foster deeper integration. Working across India and the UK, Peter has gained valuable insights in both work culture and the business environment from the front line, all of which further Framestore’s presence as a world leader in creativity and innovation.
