Richard Howard

Richard Howard has advised on some of London’s foremost development schemes. At the start of his career Richard worked with Shaftesbury PLC on the wholesale repositioning of Carnaby Street.  He now currently heads the Cushman & Wakefield team on the King’s Cross regeneration scheme (at the heart of the commercial advice and execution from the outset) and is working with the Canary Wharf Group on Wood Wharf, the total evolution of a globally iconic urban campus.  Further experience includes working with Lendlease on 500,000 Sq ft at Elephant and Castle, the first timber framed office building of this scale in London and advising Derwent London on some of their beacon projects – Angel Building, White Chapel Building, White Collar factory, Brunel Building, 1+2 Stephen Street – throughout the years.
